Pivot points

Is there a way to scan for stocks trading intra-day near their S1/S2--R1/R2 pivot points?
or their weekly pivot points?

There are no scan terms for pivot points (see the drop down for "Technical Indicators" on the advanced scan page for a complete list of what is available), so you couldn't do it directly.

I don't think you would want to do this, but you could write a scan where you specify the symbol close and the price you want it to be near, but you would have to do that for each symbol and then link them together with "or" operators. Not really practical.

Try setting a price alert via your broker. I have done this a few times.
