when I request for a new chart, several different colored horizontal lines appear. Please help.

my old saved charts are still there. I rebooted my computer several times. Still the same results.

Can you display an old chart correctly?
What part of the screen do you use to request a new chart? Do you use the "Create a chart" window at the top middle? Or do you use the "Symbol" window above and to the left of a displayed chart?
