Need help with a SCAN .... what is the difference between these two "Rank by ...." clauses ....

These clauses are part of a larger scan ....

"Rank by [[Close - EMA(50)] / EMA(50)] * 100" .... Advanced scan syntax says this a a correct clause .... but .... and it does work ....

"Rank by [[Weekly Close - Weekly EMA(50)] / Weekly EMA(50)] * 100" ....Advanced scan syntax say this is not a correct clause ....

Can anyone tell me why the Weekly version will not work? ....

This seems to work. I don't think caps has anything to do with it. But the "rank by" statement seems to be very sensitive to spaces. This version just takes out the spaces between "weekly" and the brackets and the operators (-, /) and that seems to do the trick. I couldn't test it because I'm using my results page for something else right now - but it should work.
