Yes you should be able to, here's an example.

Here's a quick scan to get you started:
[sctr.nse > 90]
This gets the top 10 per cent of all stocks on the NSE (by technical performance).
If you are not familiar with scanning yet, here's how: go to the member page, click on the "Advanced Scan Workbench" link. In the "Scan Criteria" window, delete the default text, cut and paste in the scan above, click "Check Syntax", then "Run Scan".
You will get 95 hits (if you run it before the market opens again).
