52 week low / high percentage scans

Hi all,

I'm looking for a scan showing stocks which are:

- at least 30% over the 52 weeks low
- less than 10% before the 52 weeks high

    Meanwhile i found a sample from the past but I'm not sure whether or not, this will match my requirements:

    [today's high < yesterday's daily max(253,high) * 0.9] and [today's high > yesterday's daily max(253,low) * 0.3]

    I think the first part will work ok. The second part needs some work:

    and [today's high > yesterday's daily min(253,low) * 1.3]
