sectors and sub sectors

i was wondering if there was a way to find out what sector and sub sector a stock belongs to?

    You can add "Full Quote" to your chart style, or if you can click on "symbol catalog" and enter the symbol in the search box - sector and industry show up in the results, or, just enter a PARTIAL symbol - like two of three, say "IB" for IBM - in the "Create a chart window" and hit "Show more results" at the bottom of the suggested list drop down.
