what the heck does this mean as it comes up on most of my charts

I think you mean it comes on most of your scans, not charts.
If you look closely, you will see there is a period "." right at the very end of the last line.
Since it is outside the brackets, and it has no meaning by itself, the scan engine doesn't know what to do with it, so it gives you a message.
Just as a note, the scan engine never tries to guess what you mean, it assumes you mean exactly what you say. Unfortunately, that means you have to follow the syntax rules exactly or you get an error. The message doesn't always tell you exactly what the error is, but if it quotes part of your code, the error is nearby. In this case, it did tell you exactly where (after the rightmost bracket).0 -

Maybe she cut and pasted it wrong, or maybe you did. The section you show looks OK. See if you can cut and paste the whole thing into your answer to this comment, instead of a screen capture. Maybe we can find the error that way.0
