Open range breakout

Is it possible to scan for stocks which are breaking out of their first 15 minutes of high or low? I know stockchart has this limitation of intraday price but still wanted to check

    There is no intraday data available for scanning. It treats the most recent up date as the close, but I can't think of a way to take advantage of that except maybe for a limited number of selected stocks.
