How to insert a scan date into .csv file?
Is there a scan statement that I could use to insert the date of the scan into the .csv file? I'm trying to write an excel macro that will search for the scan date and place it in the appropriate cell on my worksheet.
I'm very new to the scan engine tool and I'm still trying to learn as much as I can about it.
Thanks for any assistance.
Joel

As far as I know, the only way to customize the data returned by a scan is the "rank by" statement, but that does not accept the date (because the date would be the same for all symbols). I think you will have to modify the .csv file in some way, or copy the contents into another file that has the date.0
