COUNT for something in a scan

Be nice if there were a count function.
I'd like to be able to scan for stocks that have less than 5 Elder red impulse bars in the last 3 months, for example. (Of course 5 is a starting point, who knows how it will need to be tweaked) It looks like that is impossible. Do I have that correct?

I think you do. At least I wouldn't want to figure it out.
You could look at other indicators on charts that meet that condition to see if there is something else you could code for. I'm thinking something with min MACD Hist > 0 for whatever parameters for however long, but there may be other things.
