    Just start your scan with the following, then add the rest of your scan.

    [type = stock]
    AND [country = Canada]

    Also, note on the Advanced Scan workbench page there are drop downs below the Scan Criteria window. Under Sectors and Industries, you can click on "CA", then select a sector(s) and/or industry(ies).
