Yes, on the Chart Workbench, in the Chart Attributes section, you can select from a variety of pre-defined time periods, e.g. 1 day, 2 days, 5 days, etc., 1, 3 or 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 etc. years, or you can "Select Start/End" and specify the exact begin and end dates. You can also customize the size of the chart, add a variety of indicators and overlays, color schemes, etc. and save a number of styles (number dependent on subscription level).

Yes, you can plot multiple symbols on the same chart by selecting the "Price(same scale)" option from the drop downs in the Overlays section, or, by choosing "Price" in the drop downs in the "Indicators" section. If you choose the Indicator method, you can place the second symbol behind the main chart symbol and a separate price scale will appear to the left of the chart. You can also place the second (and multiple additional) chart(s) in a panel(s) below the main chart.

There is also a "PerfChart" feature that allow you to compare up to ten symbols (using a per cent scale instead of price scale).
