I cannot get $TICK data on my 5 min chart. Been like this for several days.Is anyone else having this problem ? I get $VIX data fine.

    Another user reported this at the beginning of the month.

    If you haven't, you might sent Support an email (just one) for each new session that it's not working so they have a record. Could be the vendor, or it could be some kind of technical problem.
