Unable to find data for @MYINDEX

I entered data for a user defined index for the first time today and when I choose View Chart this is what I see. "Unable to find data for @MYINDEX"
What am I doing wrong ?

    Did you save the data you entered?

    If you can still see the data, clear it and start again.

    According to the instructions, you MUST enter data in the date field and the close field. Other fields are optional but should probably be consistent - e.g. if you enter the open in one row, you should enter the open in every row.

    Click save after completing EACH row.
