How to scan for high percentage of float shorted stocks?

I don't see any terms in the drop downs on the Scan Workbench page for %short. You can get market cap, outstanding shares and liquidity, but none answer your question.
However, I think short positions have to be reported, so there should be an internet site somewhere with the data. Maybe the SEC, maybe the exchanges would have it, or maybe some brokers or independent advisors.
P.S. try finviz.com - click on screener, then "float short" and select a %.0
