Which Europe stocks to buy

Hello,
Now that Europe is starting qe I wanted to know how to play this market. Is there an erf for Europe just like SPY here? And any ADRs to buy here in the US. I was looking at VGK but it was going lower.
Any help?

    The iShares country funds seem to be the most liquid. Most symbols begin with "EW" and then a letter for the country. For instance, EWU is the UK, EWG is Germany. Not a recommendation, just information.

    Also, since the Euro is falling, consider something hedged, that removes the effects of the Euro. If I am not mistaken, I believe the stockcharts experts have been pointing this out for quite some time. In addition, and If I am not mistaken, SCC experts say that when one buys a foreign country's equities, they are also buying their currency.
