Help with writing upside reversal syntax

There may be a pre-existing syntax for this (if so I couldn't find it) but need help writing a syntax for the following criteria. "Low below prior days low and close 2% below the high of the day"

    This might work. You are unlikely to get exactly 2% below the high of the day, so this says between 2 and 3 per cent below the high.

    and [low < 1 day ago low]

    and [close < [high * .98] ]
    and [close > [high * .97] ]
