Does anyone know if there is a way to get charts for commitment of traders for a certain industry?

Unfortunately, it seems the raw data is not available in a spreadsheet format like Excel or csv so I don't know how you would create your own charts or make a file up loadable to Stockcharts for charting, except by transcribing the raw data (ugh).
