How do I discontinue the seperate monthly charge of $9.95 for Real-Time Data for balance of my subscription?

    Go to the StockCharts members page and open the "your account" tab at the top of the page. Then under the Data Plans section click on the link for manage Data Plans. Under the data plan section you want to stop just click on the free button on the left, which would be "bats" for USA or EOD for other exchanges. Then hit continue at the bottom.

    If you are not sure if this worked, I would also send a note to Support.
