Is There a Service That Allows You to Set Your Stop Loss At an Indicator, Rather Than At a Stock Price ?
i.e. Your Stock Would Be Sold When the MACD Crosses Down ?
Or, Is There Any Way of Doing This ?

I haven't used it, but I think Thinkorswim (TOS) from TD Ameritrade probably does it.
Try a Youtube search - there are thousands of videos on TOS - maybe "TOS conditional MACD"

Unfortunately, TOS is not available in Canada (for free Paper trading, that is). I have found another good charting platform with TradingView.com where you are allowed to place alerts, not only on price, but also on any indicators.
Though limited, the free version allows you to try out many types of alerts.0
