Is it possible to scan for a sma of a macd histogram?

You can always get the proper syntax by selecting what you need from a drop down below the scan window. Select it and click Add. The default text will appear on the last line of your scan. You can copy it from there to where you want it, and edit it to fit your needs (in this case, cut 'close' and add your custom MACD).
