How do I plot--------- A five-day simple moving average (SMA) of the daily
highs AND A five-day simple moving average (SMA) of the daily
low on a stock chart?

Just add comma then h or l, after the time period in the input box. This is also covered in the chartschool docs on SMA EMA's for more details.

I am sure I read the above ChartSchool article more than once a long time ago. I must have overlooked this detail, and more.
