I don't think there's an elegant way to do it in the scan engine (because it's not designed for this kind of scan), but if you want to crunch it out, you could try filling in this framework:
[group is sp500]
and [ [max(2, high) - min(2, low)] < [1 day ago max(2,high) - 1 day ago max(2, low)] ]
and [ [max(2, high) - min(2, low)] < [2 days ago max(2,high) - 2 days ago max(2, low)] ]
...
and [ [max(2, high) - min(2, low)] < [20 days ago max(2,high) - 20 days ago max(2, low)] ]
Where the "..." is between the second and third "and", you would copy in the previous line ("2 days ago") and increment the number of days ago (to 3 days ago, 4 days ago, etc.) until you get to 19. Take out the "..." before you run it.0 -
