Simple Scan needed

I am befuddled as to how to scan for stocks that are higher today than they were one year ago. Not new 52 week highs, but stocks that are higher in price today than they were 1 year ago. Thanks in advance.

    and [close > 251 days ago close]

    251 days is the number of trading days in a calendar year - 52 x 5 = 260 - 9 market holidays.

    [PctChange(251,close) > 0]

    is another way to do this
