Search on the Forum doesn't appear to be working

The Search box isn't returning any results at the moment. May be doing maintenance or something.

    anyone else having this issue? When I put anything in the Search it returns 'No results for ..."

    Yep, just searched for a few keywords from different threads. Kept getting "No Results"

    I just sent a Help request to StockCharts.com support reporting it to them. I don't know when it stopped working. I would assume recently. There is a goldmine of information in this forum but if you can't search for it, it doesn't matter.

    How do I find answers to questions? First I search for them.

    StockCharts support responded and gave me a bit of direction.

    I just sent a support message regarding the search function on the board to higherlogic. Hopefully they can get it restored. A lot of Wheels were invented over the years on this forum and it's much easier to search for them instead of re-inventing them.

    Search is still not working. I didn't receive a response from the higherlogic vanilla forums support.

    Don't know if my prior request didn't go through but I did get an auto reply this time.

    "Your case (#354497) is currently being reviewed by a support specialist who will be reaching out to you shortly for more information or a solution. We appreciate your patience."


    and then this about a half hour later

    Hello Andrew,

    I have went ahead and re-indexed the data for https://scan.stockcharts.com. I am now noticing results populating when I search for keywords from your home search bar or from the direct link: https://scan.stockcharts.com/search
