I am looking for intra day charts for price of gold. Putting the symbol $gold into stockcharts just shows yesterdays close, not
intraday activity. Where can I find this?

    click on the chart attributes and select the Period dropdown and then the period you would like.




    Alternately, you can click on the Period dropdown at the top of the chart and select the period you'd like

    The gold price is determined from the current contract on the futures markets.

    As far as I know, Stockcharts does not offer live CME data, just the end of day ( $GOLD).

    To follow the gold contracts, you would need to use a broker-provided chart for the current contract.
