Scan for SPY

How do I write a write a scan to identify when only SPY rsi(2) is less than 2 on the close and also when $trin for that day is >1.30

or
[[symbol = "$TRIN] and [close > 1.3]]

Be sure to include all the brackets.

When both conditions are true, the return page will show both symbols. When only one is true, you will see only that symbol. When neither is true, you will see no symbols.
