Scannning for a specific time of day.

I would like to do a scan that screens out stocks that have a price at 12 that's higher than at the close of the day in order to do some back testing. Is there a way to specify different times of day that isn't just open or close? TY

    No, there is no intraday scan data. There is intraday data for charts for about 20 days but this is not available for scanning.
