Weekly SAR- Parabolic

I am trying to build two scans

1) Get all the US stocks where Parobolic SAR is above Price- Bullish
2) Get all the US stocks where Parobolic SAR is below Price- Bearish


i used the following scan, Is this correct for bullish

Weekly Parabolic SAR(0.02,0.2) for last week is greater than Weekly Close for last week

i got this one, however still trying to find how to create a alert when SAR changes from bullish to bearish and viceversa on weekly charts

On the Technical Scan Page, if you look under Predefined Scans, there is one for Parabolic SAR Buy and one for Sell.
