LOOKING FOR A CROSS HAIR CURSOR to help me find related price -- Exist??

I'm in a 3 min chart needing to pull up the price coordinate for that location.
Can it be done without scrolling to the right to ball park the value and hoping we are on the correct horizontal line?
Did a little due diligence on searching the topic here and can't understand why CROSS HAIR in any chart is missing

In Chart Workbench view, in the upper left corner under the "Update" button, is a little check box next to the word "Inspect" and an icon of a magnifying glass. If you check the check box, then run your cursor over the chart the crosshairs will appear.
