Technical Alert Email Question

I tried scanning this website for the answer (and google), but I couldn't find it. My alert only occurs once, but it doesn't notify me again. I have a scan monitoring today's close < yesterday's close - As simply as this may sound, I can only get the alert one time. Additionally, even when I click on "Continue" instead of pause after an alert, I still don't get it.

Yet, when I manually run the scan from the workbench it populates new results that "should" have email me about new symbols that triggered the alert.

As anyone else experience Technical Alerts not coming frequently enough or being sporadic?

Assuming that the Technical Alert Scan is identical to the Workbench Scan that always returns results, then check this: When you change it to continue, click save. Next, check when it runs like continuous all day, and check criteria > 0. Click Save. Also, I think, if there are more than 3-5 Alert results you get them in the morning and evening not in real-time. Not sure what else to try yet.
