% of an indicator below another indicator
Hello,
I have been using the OBV with a 14day sma as an overlay such as[OBV x sma(14, OBV)]
would like to know if it is possible to scan for the % the OBV is below the sma?
The idea is that OBV does not show value like the RSI being oversold at 30 for example and would like to determine an extreme where OBV could be oversold below sma at a certain %.
Please tell me this is possible. Thanks a lot.

If you have a limit in mind, like greater than 5% below, you can scan for that.
