Stocks that have been above 100 on the CCI (63) indicator for 75% of the time?

Is it possible to write a scan to find stocks that have been" green" or above the CCI (63) 100 line for 75% of the time during the last three months?

I don't want to say no, but it would be pretty difficult to write a scan that would account for all possible variations of traveling above and below 100. You can't use the scan engine to count because it doesn't have variables you can increment with each hit. If you wanted to specify periods when it was above or below, you could use max( ) and min( ).
