Bollinger Bands middle

I am trying to code for the daily close above the middle of the bollinger band, or the dotted line. Can anyone help?

I don't use Bollinger Bands, but from the Chart School article on %B, which is derived from Bollinger Bands, it seems you can do this:

AND [Daily %B(20,2.0,Daily Close) > 0.5]

use SMA(20) it is the exact same as the middle of the bollinger bands..... I use this: and [close > SMA(20] or [close x SMA(20] if you want the price to cross the line
