Help creating chart

Hi, I'm new to StockCharts. Can someone help me create the following chart? I understand how to create the bottom 2 sections, but and wondering about what the top oscillator is.

    Whenever you add an indicator, you can select where to put it - above the chart, below the chart or behind another indicator (so both display in the same space). Make your choice from the Position column drop down.

    If you want to see the indicators parameter and values on the chart, look in the Chart Attributes section for the "Legends" drop down and set to Default, Minimal or Verbose. Your example has legends set to "Off".

    The top oscillator is likely RSI.
