I don't think its documented, but you can specify inside the parentheses what it is you want the ROC for. The default is "close", so "close" doesn't have to be specified and that is probably the most frequent use, so you don't often see that it takes a second parameter, but it does.
So, for instance:
and [ROC(12, SCTR.small) > 0.0]0

Thanks! Worked great. Is there a way to generate a SCTR report for a specific stock list showing the NET change over a time frame as is done by Stock Charts in the summary page?
This is a great resource, wish I found it sooner.
