Rotate an anotation

If I add a rectangle annotation to to a sharpchart, Can I rotate it? If so how?

    Figured it out. I can rotate the square by clicking on the square while I hit and moving it.
    I can toggle a circle to filled and unfilled the same way
    I could make a line flat the same way.
