How to re-create this chart by Tom Bowley?

Hello, community. Today's email from Tom had a cool chart showing SPX on the top and $CPCE on the bottom, with a 253 day SMA that gave him directional information about the market. I am trying to re-create his chart, but my attempts are worthless, to say the least. Can anyone tell me how to re-create the highs and lows of his $CPCE chart? My first attempt is truly pathetic.

change your Height on the CPCE lower panel to 1.0 from Auto and see if that helps. The Height on the indicators defaults to Auto, but you can change them to a number that represents how tall the panel is in relation to the main symbol panel. 0.5 height would be half the height of the main panel. 1.0 would be equal to the height of the main panel.
