Hi All,
I am new user in stockcharts.com and not able to login with username/password (shared in email).
have already added stockcharts.com in allowed cookies list.

    Make sure again you typed your email and password correctly - watch the caps key.

    If that doesn't work, try clicking on "Forgot password".

    If still unresolved, you can also hit the Help link in the upper right of most every page on StockCharts.com and then click the orange Contact Support and let them know you are having an issue like this, they usually resolve it in a priority fashion.

    I had a similar issue a year or so ago. I had changed my password and was typing it in wrong. They told me what I was doing and resolved it in a few minutes.
