I see inspect but no way to activate. no button

On "New Sharpcharts" charts (which is the default setting on the member page), there is a white square button at the top right, above the chart, next to Annotate. If you put your cursor over it, it goes black and a tool tip "Inspect" appears. Click on the black square button to turn on the crosshairs. Click again to turn them off.

If you are on "Classic Sharpcharts", there is a check box labelled Inspect at the top LEFT, above the chart, next to Refresh. Click on the check box to make the crosshairs appear. Click again to turn them off.

On ACP, there are four circles next to "Save" at the top right above the chart. If you put your cursor over the second circle, a tool tip appears "Toggle Crosshairs" (instead of Inspect). Click on it to make the crosshairs appear. Click again to turn them off.
