Contraction of 55% between today's range and average range of 21-days
Hello , Wishing you all a very Happy and prosperous 2025 .. Need a scan for today's range has been contracted more than equal to average range of 21-days / 21-bars
Today's Range Equation is : : high - low / close *100 and Average range for 21-days is: ( sma, ( high - low / close *100) 21).

I think you could do it this way:
and [range < sma(21, range)]
I don't think it makes a difference to normalize the range by dividing by 100. Also, functions like sma( ) don't do calculations inside the brackets - you have to use a built-in term like range.
Looking at this again, I may have misunderstood what you want.
If want range less than 55% of the 21 day range:
and [range < sma(21,range) * .55]0 -
