How would I add 1) RSI and 2) %change of RSI to the following scan (stocks gained 5% today).

[type = stock]
and [today's close > yesterday's close * 1.05]

Yes try the following.

and [today's close > yesterday's close * 1.05]
and [RSI(14) > yesterdays RSI(14) *1.02 ]
