I'm creating a chart list of the stores/restaurants, etc. at a local mall.
In the attached chart, in the box below the main chart, I'm looking
for an easy way to see if a company's stock is performing better or worse
than the SPX. Is it possible to show the SPX as a flat line and overlay the
company's stock price? I'm also open to other suggestions.

1, Create a performance chart of the $SPX vs your symbol, however this looks at the performance from the chart start to over the period of the chart.

2, Add a ratio indicator below your chart of your symbol vs the $SPX, this is a ratio, not a base line, so when the line is rising your symbol is outperforming, when its falling its under performing.
