This is a very basic scan that you can probably pick up from the tutorials or the predefined scans. Click on the "Instructions" link at the bottom of the advanced scan page to get started.
The only tricky things to know are, "x" is the "crosses above" operator, and you have to add the word "monthly" to your terms.
So, the monthly EMA 20 would be "monthly ema(20, monthly close)". So you would follow that with the "x" operator and then the 50 EMA, in the same format as the 20 EMA.
