Stock Buybacks Chart?

Hi All,

I am looking for a chart of the dollar amount of stock buybacks over time.

If that isn't available then a proxy could do. Maybe a chart showing the number of companies reporting earnings. Companies suspend stock buybacks for the 4-5 weeks before reporting earnings.

Hi @LtCorson , I don't think you will find that kind of thing on the Stockcharts site. Some members might have an idea though.

Have you looked at Bloomberg or Yahoo Finance?
