Hey guys is there a way I can scan for stocks where price is above the weekly ema 22

That's pretty straightforward. You can build it directly from the drop downs on the advanced scan page.

On the Advanced Scan workbench, select "Close" from "Price, Volume and SCTRs" drop down. Then select "EMA" from the "Technical Indicators" drop down. Then edit those two items into one line, and put "weekly" in front of the "close" terms (both of them), and "weekly" in front of the "ema" function.
