Scan for stocks that are 3 x ATR off 52 week highs?

Could someone please point me in the direction of a code to scan for stocks that came down 3 x ATRs from a 52-week high?

and [close < Upper Price Chan(251) - [atr(14) * 3] ]
and [close > Upper Price Chan(251) - [atr(14) * 4] ]
So this says price is between 3 and 4 atrs below the 52 week high (the upper price channel).
It doesn't say whether the it's just coming off the high, or climbing back up to it. That gets more complex.
