Can anyone tell me how to get aholsd of the billing department? I signed up for extra but got billed for extra and realtime Canada and U.S. thxs

    On the membership page is box called "Your Membership". In that box is a link called "Have a question?" Click on that link and fill in the form.

    Yup ok I had already done that but didn't receive a response.

    @gerry64 Check your junk email folder. Some email software can identify Stockcharts email as junk. If you have any marked as junk or spam, unmark it.

    yup I did that, if its one problem I have with stock charts, they never answer emails. When I renew my subscribtion I get an email pronto but when I ask a question I never get an answer.
