What time does the historical data get updated?

Hello, I'd like to retrieve the historical data for some funds at the end of day, and paste them into a spreadsheet for analysis purposes. Does anyone know when these get updated with the latest price? It's 9:00pjm PST, but when I view the historical price (for SPY for example), I'm still only seeing the last price from 7/2 (the last market day before the holiday weekend). Today is 7/6, so I was hoping that sometime in the evening this would get updated.
Is it the case that the historical prices only get updated the following day?
