https://www.screencast.com/t/UCUwSQw0wqrwhen scanning i quite often get the response noted above. there is nothing wrong with this scan but the scan engine rejects it. this is not the first time I have asked Stockcharts to help with this and I am pretty sick of spending so much time fixing stuff that is already ok.
any help out there for me to go to?? not much of a service as I see it..
